Pixon has for several years been developing hardware implementations of the Pixon method for real-time video enhancement together with DigiVision, Inc., of San Diego. DigiVision is a world leader in the design of hardware for real-time video enhancement with emphasis on the use of large convolution kernels, which are needed for Pixon processing.

Pixon is now in discussion with major manufacturers in the US, Japan, and Europe on the incorporation of its technology into their products. Both software and hardware implementations are being considered.
